This dish is scrumptions, mildly spiced and balanced with the right amount of sourness.  The meast is cooked without addition of oil.

 

Curry paste contains - Chillies, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, naturally fermented vinegar, salt and Kokum/Bindasol (Garcinia Indica)
