Freshly mashed potato is hand carved to receive a brimming filling of subtly flavored Beef mince, crumbed (Semolina, Bread Crumbs and Herbs) deep fried.
 
Spice mix ingredients - Chillies, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Herbs, Cinnamon, Cloves, a dash of fermented Palm Vingegar,  Onions, and Coriander.
