Doce means ‘sweet’ and grao ‘grain’ in Portuguese, is a Goan sweet that requires very few ingredients but a lot of patience and tremendous amount of stirring. The end result is a simple sweet that still ends up getting consumed too soon. Made out of Split Grams, dessicated Coconut, Sugar, Cardamoms and all purpose flour.
